Request a registration check
Ask the Office of Student Accessibility to confirm that a student is registered with the office. OSA reviews every request by hand. This page sends your request to OSA and keeps no copy of it.
Where the answer goes
The answer appears only on the OSA status page. It is not sent by email, and this page never shows it.
- Open the status page to see each request as Pending, Verified, or Unable to Verify.
- Please do not record the answer in Slate or any other shared system. Your file can cite the request number from the status page.
